We believe we are the only cot mattress factory which has it's own deformation and impact test rig ( similar to those used by Which Consumer Tests). Our products are, additionally, all fully tested in the UK by the Bureau Veritas accredited laboratory to the following standards:

• BS EN 16890 – mechanical & physical
• BS1877-10 – mechanical aspects
• EN71-1 – strength & seam test
• EN71-3 – migration of elements
• BS7177 – low hazard and medium hazard (for commercial and childcare applications only) 
• EN597 - ignitability
